The quintessential drink in every creperie in Brittany. Obtained from the alcoholic fermentation of apples. Its production follows the champagne method. It is fizzy, traditionally served cold, without decanting and in bowls called bolées.

Sant Rock – Belgian Dubbel made in Castellón. Cane sugar and malt are the protagonists of this toasted beer of “Trappist” inspiration. 33cl. 4.50€

Lo Vilot organic wheat beer made in Lleida. Red, soft, very little bitter and with a sour touch and creamy mouthfeel. Notes of banana and clove spice. 33cl. 4.70€
